Ingredients –
300gram cottage cheese (paneer)
1/2 cup grated fresh or desiccated coconut (nariyal)
2 green chillis (hari mirch)
1 bay leaf (tejpatta)
1 cinnamon stick (dal chini)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 cup melon seeds (tarbooj ke beej) Soaked
7-8 almond (soaked)
1 tsp black/white pepper powder (safed/kali mirch)
2 tbsp clarified butter/ oil (desi ghee)
1/2 cup fresh cream/ malai
1/2 fresh curd
Few strands of saffron soaked in 1/4 cup hot milk
1/2 cup milk/ water
