1 tsp salt
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwayan)
500gram boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp aamchur powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 tsp fennel seeds / saunf
fresh coriander
green chilli
1 tbp oil
Oil for frying
