Preparation

Heat oil and fry 10 red chillis
grind fried red chillis with grated coconut
again heat oil add 1tsp pepper seeds & cumin seeds,
6 pearl onion and 5 garlic
fry it and grind it together with the paste grinded earlier(red chillis and coconut)
again heat oil
add 1 cinnamon stick and 2 cloves
add pepper seeds, cumin seeds, remaining 6 pearl onion and 5 garlic
when onion turns slightly brown add 1 tomato
add drumstick, raddish, mushroom
cook the vegetables for few minutes
prepare tamarind extract and pour it to the kadai containing the sauteed ingredients
add turmeric, 1tbsp coriander powder, salt to taste
leave for it to boil
Pour the grinded paste(red chillis, coconut, pepper seeds, cumin seeds, 6 pearl onion and 5 garlic)
close the lid and leave it for boil

drumstick raddish mushroom pulli kuzhambu is ready
serve hot with rice, chapathi, roti, idly dosa 🙂
