For the Brownies …

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
-dash of salt
½ cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg, beaten
1 egg white, beaten
½ cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add pecans and set aside. Melt butter; combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla — mix until well blended. Add flour-pecan mixture and stir well. Stir in in white chocolate chips and water. Pour batter into buttered 8×8″ baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

For the Butter Pecan Sauce

13 cup butter
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon water + 1 tablespoon corn starch mixture

In a small saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Stir in sugars, syrup, heavy cream and cornstarch mixture; continue stirring until thick. Remove from heat and add pecans. Serve brownies topped with vanilla ice cream and butter pecan sauce. Enjoy!!!
