Ingredients:

~Dough~

Corn Meal ( Makkai Ka Atta ) 1/4 cup
Flour ( Maida ) 1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Yeast 1 1/4 tsp
Water 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Olive Oil 1/4 cup

~Topping~
Leftover chicken kofta 3-4
Pizza Sauce as required
Green Bell Pepper 1/2 cup
Olives 1/4 cup
Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup

Method:
Preheat Oven at 180°C
In a bowl sift flour, salt, sugar and yeast.Mix well
Gradually add water and oil to form a dough .. Knead well
Cover and rest the dough in a greased bowl for 2-3hours or until the dough is well risen.
Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth, sprinkle corn meal and roll out the dough.
Place the rolled dough on Pizza pan.
Spread pizza sauce add cooked chicken ,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,bell pepper, cherry tomato and olives.
Sprinkle with paprika and oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20minutes
