Chicken Parmesan: Meso’s Famous Better Than Olive Garden Better Than Maggianos. Easy and delicious. Serve this to a group of 8 for 1/8 the price and yours made at home. It will be twice as good and all the compliments go to you, baby.

Meso’s Famous Chicken Parmesan
5 lg. Chicken Breast
1 ½ cups Plain Flour
1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
Parmesan Cheese
Italian Blend Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Oil for Cooking Dish
Pasta Sauce
Optional and to taste:
Lemon Pepper
Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Pound/flatten chicken breast until thin then season to taste, cover with flour and breadcrumb mix for thin coating. If you like heavy thick crust then cover chicken with flour breadcrumb mix then dip into 1 egg/1 cup milk mixture then back into the flour breadcrumb mix. Fry chicken in oil until golden brown. Drain chicken and place in cooking dish sprayed with oil. Layer on cheeses, pasta sauce ending with cheese. Sprinkle on oregano and parsley. Bake in 375-degree oven for about 15 minutes and cheese is melted and bubbly. Boil spaghetti noodles, drain, rinse and place on platter. Arrange chicken breast on top of spaghetti and drizzle pasta sauce over spaghetti, also. ENJOY!
