Coconut Rice Recipe
Ingredients:

Fresh Grated Coconut – 1 cup
Cooked Rice – 1 Bowl
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Few Peanuts
Few Cashewnuts
Red Chillis – 2 nos
Asafoeteda powder – A pinch
Few Curry Leaves
Green Chillis – 2 nos. (slit)
Ginger – 2 tsp chopped
Salt

Method:
1. Heat oil in a wide pan. Medium low flame. Add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin Seeds. Saute
2. Add few peanuts and cashew nuts. Mix gently
3. Now add chillis, asafoetida powder, curry leaves, ginger and salt. Mix well
4. Add the fresh grated coconut and mix well
5. Finally add the cooked rice and mix. Turn off after a minute or two. Done!
