hi whoever is reading this! 🙂 just wanna apologize for how annoying i am in this video. i was hella sick and just delusional from all the nyquil i was on lol, anyway, hope you at least got a laugh out of it. i’m getting back into a good filming groove- we might be here to stay this time lol keep your eyes peeled for new videos every tuesday and friday 🙂

8-10 green tomatoes
3-5 serrano peppers
1 quarter of a medium onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
dash of cumin
4 chicken fillets
adobo to taste
salt to taste

1. boil tomatoes, peppers, and onion until soft and mushy (remove tomatoes from water before they burst, set them aside to cool while your peppers and onion finish boiling)
2. meanwhile, season fillets with adobo, in a hot pan cook 5-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear (when done, remove from pan and either shred of keep fillets whole)
3. in a blender puree tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic, chicken bouillon, and cumin (if you want a looser sauce, add some of your cooking water)
4. pour into same pan where chicken was cooked, taste and add salt if needed, bring to a simmer, add chicken back to pan, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. enjoy in tacos, on tostadas, or by the spoonful next to some frijoles de la olla 🙂

i just want this to be a space where i can fully express myself and confidently be who i am and maybe hopefully that inspires at least one person watching to do the same. idk. i’m on a journey and so i’m sharing it with the world and that’s all. lol hope you come along for the ride. 🙂
