Ingredients for Makhani Pizza –
Water – ½ cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Yeast – ¼ tsp
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Maida – 2 cups
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp

Makhani sauce
Butter – 1 1/2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Maida – 1 tsp
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Tomato puree – 200 ml
Sugar – 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Fresh cream – 1/3 cup

Oil – ½ tsp
Haldi Powder – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder = ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Garam masala – dash
Kasoori Methi – ¼ tsp
Paneer – 100g

To finish Pizza:
Dry Maida – to dust
Capsicum – 1 small
Cheese – 1 cup (mozzarella + cheddar)
Corn Meal / Maize Flour / Suji – to roll
Butter – to brush
Oregano, Chili Flakes – to top
