easy chili recipe ,looking for a quick dinner with nutrition this is the dish full with protein iron and fiber , you can serve it plain with cheddar cheese and sour cream or with white rice . excellent leftover lunch with nachos and green onions
ingredient
1 pound ground turkey
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
spices 1 ts each: cumin ,cinnamon ,salt .garlic powder .pepper and a dash of chili powder
cook the turkey until all water drains out and add the rest cook for 1hr on slow serve with basmati white rice
