Vogue Paris accompanied Jean Imbert to his grandmother’s house to cook a crème caramel. Given the result of the signature dessert, it’s no surprise that the French chef credits his grandma for his passion for cooking, naming his restaurant ‘Mamie’ and his new recipe book ‘Merci Mamie’.
