You can recreate these famous chicken wonton tacos at home with this recipe. These chicken wonton tacos taste just like Applebees.

To make this recipe you will need the following

1 pound chicken breast cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup Ken’s Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing
2 cups cole slaw
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons diced red onions
Wonton Wrappers
4 cups peanut oil

Marinade chicken by placing it in a bowl with the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and salad dressing.
Make the coleslaw by combining the cole slaw, cilantro, red onions, and teriyaki sauce. Stir to combine.
Make the wonton tacos by folding over the wonton with a pair of tongs. Dip taco into peanut oil that has been heated to 350 degrees. Cook wonton shell until it is golden brown.
Heat a wok until it is hot, add about 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Add the chicken and cook the chicken stirring constantly. The chicken will take about 3 to 5 minutes to cook.
Assemble the tacos by adding a couple of teaspoons of chicken to the wonton, then top with the cole slaw.
