Marinade Ingredients:
Olive Oil: 1/3 cup
Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
Corriander: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning: 1 tsp
Srriarache Powder: 1sp
Fresh Garlic: 1 tsp
Lime/Orange/Lemon Zest
Lime juice: 1 tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbs
Orange Juice: 1 tbs

Mexican Zesty Ranch Ingrediens:
Mayonnaise: 3 tbs
Whole milk: 1/4 cups
Sour Cream: 2 tbs
Dried Oregano: 1/2 tsp
Dry ranch dressing powder: 2 tbs
Red Chili Powder: 1 tbs
Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
Curry Powder: 1/2 tsp

Spanish Rice Recipe:
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 1⁄2 cups chicken stock
1 1⁄4 cups rice
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
2 teaspoons chili powder
3⁄4 teaspoon oregano
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon cumin

Spanish Rice Cooking Instructions:
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients (I usually mash tomatoes with potato masher or give them a quick spin in food processor).
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is done. (Unless you like sticky, gooey rice, don’t take off the lid and stir at all until it is done).
Garnish with green onions and/or cheddar cheese.
