This recipe will make 2 Braciola

2 pieces of flank steak (2-3 pounds each)
2 cups plain breadcrumb
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Thinly sliced provolone cheese (about 4-5 slices per each flank steak)
Thinly sliced prosciutto (about 4-5 slices per each flank steak)
2 cups red wine
15 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
15 ounce can of puréed tomatoes
