This herb-infused salmon will tickle your taste buds with a flavor that’s inviting and comforting. So when you’re in search of a fancy dinner recipe? You’ll first think of this delicious salmon dish.

2 salmon fillets, roughly 5 – 6 oz each, skin-on
4 tsp extra virgin olive oil, if using
1 lemon, halved
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Pinches of Salt & pepper, to taste

Garlic herb butter:
½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ tsp fresh parsley, chopped

To serve:
Lemon wedges
1 cup steamed rice
Vegetables cooked to your liking (EDITORS: We used 3 oz each of French beans & button mushrooms, & 1 whole roasted garlic)

0:27 Make your garlic herb butter by mixing parsley, garlic and butter.
