Texas Roadhouse is quite famous with the All-American barbecue classics, but one often overlooks the simplicity of their dinner rolls. They are the perfect accompaniment to the smoky flavour of the barbecue grill. Have them on their own or slather on some delectable butter while warm, there is really no reason to pass this up!

Ingredients
2 tsp unsalted butter
2 tsp salt
1 cup milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm
1 medium-sized egg
1 tsp dry yeast
1 ½ tsp sugar
¼ cup sugar, for the dough
½ cup water
7 cups all-purpose flour

For the Cinnamon Butter Spread:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup honey
