I came across this recipe and decided to give it a try. The end result is amazing!

Ingredients for the dough:
(Step 1: Mix all the ingredients below in a bowl)
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1/3 cup melted butter

(Step 2: Put the rest of the ingredients below into the mixture above)
3 1/3 cup all purpose flour
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt

Continue to mix your ingredients until it starts forming into a dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes (uncovered). Transfer the dough on a lightly floured counter top. Knead the dough for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap. Let it sit for 1 hour or until it doubled in size. Unwrap the dough and punch the dough, to release the air. On a floured board, flatten the dough and roll it out into a rectangular shape. Trim the sides of the dough and start cutting the pieces to about 2×2″ in width. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover with cling wrap. Let this sit for another 30 minutes. Brush milk on each roll, bake in the oven at 320 degrees for about 18 minutes. When rolls are done baking, brush them with melted butter.

Ingredients for Cinnamon-Honey Butter:
1 stick of softened butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread the butter on your rolls and ENJOY!
