Kari Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:

Minced meat (Mutton) – 1/2 Kg
Gingelly/Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Onions – 2 nos (chopped)
Green chillis – 2 nos (sliced)
Few curry leaves
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Add cumin seeds, onions, green chillis & Curry leaves and saute
3. When the onion turns transparent, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well
4. Add salt. Mix and cook for a minute
5. Add some water. Close & pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles
6. Cook again without lid till the water evaporates. Your mutton kari is ready!
7. Now heat the dosa pan in low flame and pour to a thick dosa (like a uthappam)
8. Add the mutton kari, so that it is layered evenly on the dosa surface. Add some oil.
9. Close and cook for a minute, then flip and add oil. Cook for another minute and its DONE.
Your Madurai Kari dosai is ready to serve!
