Lasagna Pizza Pie:

Lasagna (cooked) 1 packet
Garlic (crushed) 3
Onion 1/2
Sausages 5
Tomato paste ½ cup
Dried oregano 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Egg 1 large
Basil leaves (chopped) ½ cup
Spring onions for garnish
Parsley (chopped) ½ cup
Mozzarella (grated) 1 cup
Marinara sauce 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1
Tomato (sliced) 1
Salt to taste
Oil as required

Heat oil sauté garlic and sausages. Then add tomato paste, marinara sauce, red chili flakes, oregano and salt. Mix well. Now add egg, mozzarella cheese, parsley and basil. Mix well. Then grease the baking tray add lasagna sheets, sauce, fried sausages, garlic, vegetables and cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Bukhara Pulao:

Chicken 500 gm
Basmati rice 500 gm
Green chilies 4
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Carrots (julienne) 2
Lemon 1
Onions (sliced) 2
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Plum ½ cup
Black raisins ½ cup
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander ½ cup
Mint leaves ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup

In a pan heat oil and fry carrots and black raisins. Then fry onions well. Now add chicken and whole spices. Cook well. Then add yogurt, red chili powder, plum, cumin seeds, coriander powder, tomatoes, mint leaves, salt, sugar and fresh coriander. Cook until the chicken becomes tender. Now add water and rice. Cover and cook well. In the end add fried carrots, black raisins, lemon and green chilies. Serve hot.

Orange Banana Freeze:

Pineapple chunks (frozen) 1 cup
Bananas (ripe) 2
Orange juice 1 cup

In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well. Serve.
