I was working late on some writing projects at my restaurant and had some leftover pizza in my car. So I reheated it.

P.S. even if you don’t do crispy parm crust, reheating a pizza in a skillet is the best way to do it. Sometimes I like to reheat just the bottom until it’s crispy and the cheese is melty. Other times I like to flip it over and crisp up both the top and bottom.
