I think I gained 5 pounds after making these. I could not stop eating them. They are amazing. I think I had to cut 10 minutes of footage of me eating these bread sticks. When you make them you will be amazed. I mean these are great.

Olive Garden Bread Sticks Copycat Recipe

1½ cups warm water
2 tablespoons raw sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
3½ cups flour,
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
½ cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Combine water and sugar, Mix well, until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add yeast. Mix. Let set 10 minutes.
Add flour, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and 2 tablespoons butter. Mix until fully combined.
Knead dough for a 3 – 4 minutes just until dough is smooth. Do not overknead!
Line cookie sheet with silicon pad or spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
Divide dough into 8 – 10 pieces. Roll dough pieces into logs. Place on prepared pan.
Cover the dough with a towel. Let raise in a warm, draft free place, for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Bake 6-7 minutes.
Combine ½ cup butter, garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
Brush the bread sticks with half butter mixture.
Bake for another 5-8 more minutes.
Remove bread sticks from oven, brush with the remaining butter mixture.
