250 g Green Chillies

2-3 slices Cheddar Cheese,cut in strips

Chicken Mince, 450 g

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes

1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce

1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tbsp White Vinegar

1 tbsp Soya Sauce

Salt as per taste

Oil for frying

For soaking chillies:

1 liter Water

1 tbsp White Vinegar

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

For coating:

1.5 cup Flour(Maida)

2 eggs,beaten

1.5 – 2  Cups Bread Crumbs


In a bowl pour in 1 liter water along with 1 tbsp white vinegar. Mix well.
Now add the green chillies.Soak for 15 mins.
Meanwhile marinate the chicken mince with salt,soya sauce, white vinegar, chilli sauce,black pepper, oregano,ginger garlic paste, red chilli flakes and red chilli powder.
Marinate for 15 mins.
Once soaked.Remove the green chillies.Pat them dry using a paper towel.
Now heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan. Add in the chciken mince. Fry for 5-10 mins until color turns white.
Add in 1/2 cup water.
Cover and cook mince for another 10 minutes until tender and well-ccoked.
Uncover and allow water to evaporate.
Remove from heat and take out in a bowl.Allow to cool.
Next remove the seeds from the green chillies by slicing them from the middle. Repeat for all the chillies.
Now put 2 tbsp of mayonnaise in the cooked chicken mince mixture. Mix well.
Now place  1 strip of cheese in the green chilli,fill it up with chicken mince mixture.To finish it add another strip of cheese.Close the chilli.Repeat for all the chillis.
Now dip the filled chilli in egg,coat it with flour and roll in bread crumb mixture.Repeat this step.Hence coating twice.
Follow this step for all the filled chillies.
Deep fry the green chillies until golden brown.
Serve with mayo sauce!
