11/2 cups Ponk (Green young tender sorghum or Milo) other grains can be used
2 tbsp oil
2-3 Dry whole red chillis if available
1 tsp Mustard Seeds(Rai)
A pinch of Asafeotida (Hing) if available
1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) powder
2 tbsp Crushed Peanut
Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli as per your taste
1 tbsp Mix of Coriander Cumin Powder(Dhaniya Jeera)
2 cups Milk or water
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish
