Ingredients :

1 tsp of urad/Mustard Seeds
500 g Fish
1 Mago (Optional)
Some water depending on how much gravy you want
1 chopped onions
2 green chillis
The paste
2 Tsp Vegetable Oil
2 to 3 tsp Salt
1 tsp turmeric
Coriander leaves

Ingredients For the paste:

2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
2 green chillis
3 Dried red chillis
1 tsp ginger
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp fennel seeds
200g coconut pieces

1.Start grinding the paste with the coconut pieces and then add the other ingredients.
2.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan
3.Add the Urad dal and the mustard seeds and fry them
4.Add the chopped onion, the green chillis and fry them until golden
5.Then add the paste to the pan and fry on a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
6.After that, add the turmeric powder and the salt and mix.
7.Add some water depending on how much gravy you want
8.Close the lid and let it boil.
9.Ass soon as the gravy is boiling add the fish and the mango.
10.Close the lid and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
11.After 5 Minutes, sprinkle some coriander and switch off the stove.
12.Serve with fluffy white rice and other side dished
