Hey y’all everyone LOVES Applebees Spinach and Artichoke Dip!

So I usually make this at home for parties so I deicided and had requests to show How to make Applebees Spinach and Artichoke Dip!

1 16oz bag of Fresh Spinach
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 cloves of minced garlic or 2 T minced galic
1 quart of Heavy Cream (you may not have to use it all but to be on the safe side)
1 stick of butter
4 T All Purpose Flour
1 can of artichokes in water. drained and chopped
Preheat oven to 400 and butter your Casserole Dish

1. Saute Spinach in two Tablespoons of butter until all the spinach is wilted then drain and squeeze out excess water. While the Spinach is draining allow artichokes to drain and roughly chop them.

2. Melt 4 T of butter then add flour and cook for about 3 minutes do not brown.
3. Add garlic saute for about a minute.
4. The add 1/2 of the heavy cream and stir allow simmering to thicken.
5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir allow to thicken.
6. Add artichokes and spinach. mix thoroughly.
7 Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with more Parmesan Cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes on 400.

Serve with Tortilla Chips or Veggies!
