Zuppa Toscana Recipe
If you’ve had the Zuppa Toscana soup from Olive Garden, this is my copy cat recipe! It’s super easy to make and always delicious.

1 lb hot sausage
1 small white onion, diced
3 cloves garlic
¼ tsp black pepper
6 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 large russet potatoes, diced
½ bunch of kale
¾ cup heavy cream
Parmesan cheeses for topping

Cook sausage and set aside
Cook onions for 5 minute. Add garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Add broth and potatoes and cook for about 20-25
Stir in kale and cook for 3 mins
Stir in cream and sausage. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with parmesan on top!
